How can I track the status of my order?

All boAt products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. To claim warranty, please ensure you have a valid tax invoice and register your complaint on our official support portal.
Are boAt earphones and smartwatches water-resistant?
Most of our products feature IPX ratings ranging from IPX4 to IPX7, making them resistant to sweat and water splashes. Please check the specific product manual for the exact water resistance level of your device.
What is the return and replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, or are different from what was ordered. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included.
How long does it take for delivery?
